Overview:
Learn about the NEW Pump System Certification (PSC) Level 1. This webinar will detail the certification process, requirements, capabilities of a PSC Level 1, knowledge domains the exam will cover, and the training and exam preparation options. All attendees will get a FREE knowledge challenge quiz to gauge their readiness.
PSC Level 1 is ideal for employers to include in onboarding because it provides standardized training, validation of required knowledge, and a clear path for employees to grow, which will improve development and retention. PSC Level 1 broadens an individual’s understanding of the pump and fluid handling industry. Certified individuals understand the purpose, function, types, and operating characteristics of pumps and systems. They have a strong understanding of performance curves, basic understanding of system curves, and can complete basic calculations related to affinity rules and power consumption. This knowledge enables them to make informed decisions and prepares them to collaborate with more experienced individuals in support of solving complex issues.
Learning Level - Introductory:
Introductory level training is designed to provide a basic awareness and an overview of the topic. The content is informative and aims to familiarize participants with key concepts, terminology, and resources.
