Training Program Overview:

The Valves 101 program contains six (6) modules that provide a basics of the valve industry, linear valves, check valves, pressure relief valves, plug and ball valves, and butterfly valves. Setting this training apart is that it is developed by valve experts from the VMA who have extensive knowledge in their field and is presented by these experts in product neutral way. This non-proprietary training brings together more than 150 years of flow control knowledge from the presenters and offers attendees to learn and complete it on their own schedule and pace.

At the end of each module, the presenters provide a hands-on demonstration of the valves within the training. The hands-on demonstrations include the actual valves that were the subject of the module and include cutaway models to aid in understanding the subject matter. The hand-on demonstration is perfect for new employees who wants to learn more about how valves are constructed and operate. During the hands-on demonstration the expert instructors answer frequently asked any questions related to their presentation and cover specific applications and scenarios that may be unique.
